We’re hiring a Pediatric Dentist in Orlando, Florida who wants strong production potential, schedule balance, and the opportunity to serve a thriving pediatric population in a fast-growing market.

You’ll step into a modern, pediatric-only clinical setting delivering comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents. You’ll work in a state-of-the-art office with strong clinical support, established referral relationships, and the autonomy to focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.

You’ll practice in Orlando, Florida, a vibrant and rapidly growing city known for its family-friendly lifestyle, strong population growth, and world-class attractions.

• Four-day work week, Monday through Thursday
• Office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• You hold an active and unrestricted Florida dental license
• You have completed an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program

• You work well in a collaborative team environment
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Dentrix software is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Production-based compensation up to 40% to 45% depending on experience
• Option to work as W2 or 1099
