Salary and Benefits

• Production Percentage: Up to 40-45%, Depending on Experience
• Option of W2 or 1099

Responsibilities

• Full-Time Schedule, 4 Days Per Week (Monday–Thursday)
• Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Average of 18-24 Patients a Day
• New, beautiful, state of the art Pediatric only office
• Provide High-Quality Pediatric Dental Care in a Collaborative, Patient-Focused Environment
• Deliver Compassionate, Age-Appropriate Care for Infants, Children, and Adolescents
• Maintain Strong Relationships With Referring General Dentists
• Ensure Accurate and Detailed Documentation
• No Weekends or Major Holidays

Requirements

• Active and Unrestricted Florida Dental License
• Completion of an Accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
• Comfort Working With a Wide Range of Pediatric Patients
• Must Be Comfortable Working as Part of a Team
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience With Dentrix Software Is a Plus
