PEDS Dentist Opportunity – Natchitoches, LA

A well-established and highly respected private dental group in Northern Louisiana is seeking a motivated Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team in Natchitoches, Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys bread-and-butter dentistry, working with a diverse patient population, and being part of a collaborative team environment.

This practice has built a strong reputation for quality patient care and community service, while providing providers with the support and infrastructure needed to succeed and grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $425,000 or 34% of Collections (whichever is greater)
• Sign-On Bonus Available
• No Lab Fees
• Employer Pays 50% of Health Insurance Premiums (family can be added)

Practice Environment

This is a busy, well-supported practice with strong patient demand and an experienced clinical team.

Average Daily Patient Load

• ~15 Hygiene Patients
• ~12 Restorative Patients

Patient Demographics

• 80% Adult
• 20% Teens / younger patients
• High number of denture cases due to local patient demographics

Clinical Support

You will be supported by a highly efficient team allowing you to focus on patient care and productivity.

• 2 Full-Time Hygienists
• 2 Full-Time Dental Assistants
• Curve EMR System

Scope of Practice

The practice is seeking a dentist comfortable performing bread-and-butter general dentistry, including:

• Dental Cleanings (Prophylaxis)
• Fluoride Treatments
• Composite (Tooth-Colored) Fillings
• Sealants
• Cavity Treatment
• Basic Tooth Extractions
• Denture-related procedures

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Root Canal Therapy

Credentialing Requirements

• DDS or DMD Degree
• Louisiana Dental License (or ability to obtain)
• NPI Number
• DEA License
• CPR Certification
• Medicaid Certification – Preferred but NOT required
