Pediatric Dentist / $300,000 plus / Partnership / The Dalles, OR

Privately owned pediatric dental group. This Pediatric Dental office has a high patient demand and a strong reputation. This is a great opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist to practice with great support and experienced staff.

Dentist Schedule: Full-Time | 4-Day work week | 8:00 to 5:00

Dental Practice Overview:

· Comprehensive pediatric scope: preventive & restorative, interceptive ortho, Invisalign, in-office GA

· 7 treatment suites (2 closed ops + 5 hygiene/ortho chairs)

· Modern tech: Digital X-ray, iTero, Solea laser, on-site lab, sterile processing

· Highly trained support staff, including Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs) who maximize efficiency and flow

· True mentorship from leadership with 30+ years in pediatric dentistry

· Strong reputation built over decades—this practice is a community fixture

Dentist Compensation & Benefits:

· $1,200/day guarantee or 30–35% of net collections

· $35,000 sign-on / relocation package

· Full health benefits

· 20 PTO days + 5 CME days + national holidays

· CME allowance up to $2,500
