About the Position
A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its collaborative, patient-centered care team. This organization is part of a large, community-based health system that provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services, with a strong focus on underserved and diverse populations. The dental program is well-established and integrated into a broader care model that emphasizes prevention, education, and long-term oral health outcomes.
This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday through Friday. The clinic operates 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Fridays, offering flexible scheduling within those hours.
The Pediatric Dentist will provide full-scope pediatric dental care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The practice is well-staffed with 4 hygienists and 5 dental assistants, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality care. Patient volume typically ranges from 16–18 patients per day, depending on procedure complexity and appointment length.
