COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD)
- Attractive Salary $350,000 with Potential Quarterly Team Incentives
- Relocation and Sign-On Bonus Available
- 200 Earned PTO Hours + 40 hours of Sick Time
- 5 Days for Continued Education and Fully Paid
- 401K is 5% company match and no vesting is required
- Join an Experienced Dentist Staff with the ability to teach dental students
- Pediatric Dentistry practice with children
- Enjoy a 5-day or a 4-day Workweek; no weekends and no on-call is required
- This Organization also provides services for: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health
- Comfortable Providing Dental Care for a rural location
- Open to Doctors with Pediatric Residency Training with some pediatric experience
- Will to consider J-1 and H-1B Visa Candidates
- Ability to obtain an Iowa Dental License
- Collegial, team player and works well with support staff
- Cost of Living is 15% Lower than the National Average

- School System has an A- Rating for College Prep, and Teachers
- Regional Airport is in town
- This location is one hour to Cedars Rapids, 90 minutes to Madison, Wisconsin and to Rockford, Illinois
