August 7, 11, 14, 18, 28
Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Please note the following requirements:
• Providers must have an active Medicaid Provider ID
• CV and background information must be submitted with candidate presentation
• All required credentialing and documentation must be completed at least one (1) week prior to the start date
Clinical Scope & Expectations:
• Comfortable with pediatric dentistry procedures including SS crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, sealants, and hygiene exams
• Must be able to perform both operative dentistry and hygiene checks
• Ability to manage high patient volume (~ 40 patients per day)
