Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday schedule - NO CALL!
- Desirable Practice Setting: Established multi-doctor pediatric dental practice focused exclusively on infants, children, and adolescents. The practice emphasizes prevention, behavior-focused care, and creating positive dental experiences in a fun, patient-centered environment
- Technology & Support: Modern digital workflow utilizing OpenDental software, Dexis imaging, and intraoral scanners. Providers are supported by 2 dedicated dental assistants per dentist along with 5-6 hygienists on-site daily
- Culture & Mentorship: Collaborative, team-oriented environment with multiple providers on-site daily. The practice values mentorship, shared clinical support, and quality patient care over rigid production pressure
- Professional Growth Opportunities: Flexible earnings growth model tied to provider productivity and efficiency with opportunities to continue expanding pediatric clinical skills in a high-volume practice
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 6 months, and after 6 months, compensation transitions to higher of daily guarantee or 35% of collections
- Additional Incentives: No lab fees
- Relocation Assistance: $1,000/month stipend for up to 6 months to assist with relocation
- Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
Qualifications:
- Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatric Dentistry preferred, but not required
- Licensure: Eligible for dental licensure in Alabama
- Skillset: Comfortable treating pediatric patients and experience in pediatric dentistry preferred
- Experience: Open to providers with pediatric experience or strong pediatric-focused training
