Overview

*Future Partnership/Ownership Opportunity*

• Location: Asheville, NC
• Schedule: 4 days/week; 8a-4:30p
• Providers: Opportunity to work directly alongside the owner doctor
• Support Team: 5 RDAs (4 are considered EFTs) & 1 Hygienist
• OR Days: 2days/week (Monday & Tuesday; 1 per provider)
• Active patients: 11,000+
• Avg New Patients/Month: 45-50
• Operatories: 7 fully equipped operatories
• Monthly Production: $180k-$200k
• Annual Production: $2.2 million with strong collections

Requirements

• Pediatric Dentist
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care
• Interested in long-term growth, mentorship, or ownership transition
• Energetic, personable, and community-minded

Compensation

• Earning Potential: $250k-$350k+ annually
