I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Columbia, South Carolina area that is actively seeking a General Dentist for a permanent opportunity. The position offers a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, supporting a strong work-life balance while practicing in a modern, fully equipped office focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and comfortable providing a full scope of “bread-and-butter” general dentistry in a steady, productive clinical environment.

Position Overview

• Current staff:
  • Doctors: 1
  • Support Staff: 2 DAs, RDHs
• # of chairs/Ops: 4-6 operatories; doctor runs 2 columns
• Schedule: 4 Days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 40-45 patients per day (hygiene and procedures)
• Patient age range: Pediatrics
• Payor make-up: 60% Medicaid, 40% PPO

Offering

• Earning Potential: $250k+
• Potential for Sign-on or Relocation Bonus
