I’m currently partnered with a well-established dental practice in Oregon, Ohio that is actively seeking a General/Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team. Overview

Job Details

• Location: Oregon, Ohio
• Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Dentist (General Dentist with pediatric experience considered)
• Schedule: 4–5 days per week (35–40 hours), no weekends
• Patient Base: 100% pediatric
• Current Staff: 2 Dental Assistants, 1 Front Office
• Procedures: Fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, cleanings; ortho/sedation cases handled with SmileMD
• Technology: Fully digital office with digital X-rays and modern equipment
• Payor Mix: Primarily Medicaid, some PPO

Parameters

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible Ohio dental license required
• Must enjoy treating children and possess strong communication/interpersonal skills
• All experience levels encouraged, mentorship available in person and virtually

Compensation

• Guaranteed Base: $900–$1,100/day (DOE) for first 90 days
• Production Bonus: 25% of adjusted collections (30% for Pediatric Specialists)
  • Hygiene codes included in production calculations
• Income Potential: $200K–$400K+
