With strong referral relationships throughout the region and significant new patient growth, the incoming provider will have the ability to build a busy schedule quickly and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

Position Highlights

• Opportunity for either a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist with a strong interest in pediatric dentistry
• Established patient demand with approximately 150 new patients per month

Clinical Scope

Depending on training and experience, providers may perform:

• Preventive and restorative dentistry
• Crowns and fillings
• Pediatric endodontics and pulp therapy
• Space maintainers
• Extractions
• Growth and development evaluations
• Adolescent and young adult care
• Treatment planning and comprehensive care

The Pediatric Dentist owner manages many of the youngest children, special needs patients, and more complex behavior-management cases, creating flexibility for incoming providers.

• 33%–35% of adjusted production for General Dentists
• Up to 37% of adjusted production for Pediatric Dentists

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD
• Eligible for Alabama dental licensure
• Pediatric Dentistry training preferred but not required
