General Anesthesia / Surgical Opportunity

One of the biggest advantages of this position is the opportunity to participate in the practice's established General Anesthesia program.

The current pediatric dentist is performing approximately 8 GA surgery days per month, and the incoming associate will share those surgery days. This provides an excellent opportunity for a Peds DDS who enjoys treating complex pediatric patients and wants to incorporate a meaningful amount of surgical dentistry into their practice.

The GA cases can also provide a significant additional production opportunity while allowing the associate to maintain a balanced schedule between routine pediatric dentistry and surgical treatment.

Compensation

The practice offers a highly competitive compensation structure:

35% of collections OR a daily guarantee — whichever is higher.

This structure gives the associate both income protection and substantial upside potential as their production and patient base grow.
