Pediatric Dentist Opportunity – Anchorage, AK

Alaskan hospital owned clinic seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a collaborative dental team providing comprehensive care to children and families throughout the Anchorage Service Unit. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered, culturally responsive care within a leading Alaska healthcare organization.

Position Highlights

  • Hiring Range: $267,051.20 – $373,880.00
  • Annual salary increases up to 7% of base salary based on performance
  • Full-time opportunity | 40 hours/week
  • Clinic hours Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6 PM (OR schedule varies based on block time)
  • No state income tax
  • Relocation assistance: $30,000
  • Sign-on bonus: 10% of base salary
  • No non-compete clause
  • Student loan repayment: PSLF eligible employer
  • Potential retention bonus after 2 years with option to renew

Practice Details

  • Join SCF Family Dental Clinic within a multidisciplinary healthcare system
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental services including preventive care, restorative procedures, extractions, pulp therapy, trauma treatment, sedation dentistry, and OR-based dental rehabilitation
  • Treat infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
  • Collaborate with dental, medical, and behavioral health providers to provide whole-person care
  • EMR: Cerner, Dentrix Enterprise, and Patterson Dolphin

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited dental school
  • Dentist license in the State of Alaska (or eligibility)
  • Completion of an approved pediatric dental residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • BLS and PALS certification required
