Position: Pediatric Dentist

Location: Hot Springs, Arkansas

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Up to 4 days per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a growing, child-focused dental practice in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Dental Specialist or a General Dentist who is passionate about working with children and providing comprehensive pediatric care.

The practice serves patients ages 0–18 and offers a broad range of pediatric procedures in a modern, supportive environment. A strong interest or experience in sedation dentistry is a plus.

The position offers flexibility for either a full-time or part-time schedule, with the ability to work up to four days per week, Monday through Thursday.

  • Full clinical autonomy with a strong support team

  • Approximately 2 treatment rooms and 4 hygiene operatories
  • Experienced team including 5 dental assistants, 2 front-office team members, and a practice manager
  • Traveling CRNA team available for appropriate sedation cases
  • Digital practice utilizing Denticon
  • Patient mix includes FFS, private insurance, and Medicaid
  • Primarily pediatric patient population, ages 0–18
  • Opportunity to perform a full scope of pediatric procedures
  • Sedation experience is a plus
  • Strong mentorship and clinical support available
  • Existing doctor is willing to consolidate their schedule to support the incoming provider and help create a strong patient base

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Pediatric Dentist who enjoys working with children and wants to become part of a growing practice.

We are also open to a General Dentist with a genuine passion for treating pediatric patients, provided they are comfortable treating children across a broad range of ages and needs.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Pediatric Dentistry residency/specialty training preferred
  • Active Arkansas dental license or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience treating children preferred
  • Comfortable providing comprehensive pediatric dental care
  • Sedation experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work effectively with a collaborative clinical team

Compensation

The position offers a guaranteed daily compensation structure during an initial 3–6 month period, with compensation thereafter based on a percentage of collections.

During the guarantee period, the provider will receive the greater of the applicable daily guarantee or percentage of collections, providing an opportunity to build a patient base while having income protection during the initial transition.

Mentorship & Support

You will have access to experienced clinical leadership and mentorship. The existing doctor will provide support as the incoming provider builds their schedule, while additional guidance is available from the practice's specialty leadership team.
