I’m currently partnering with a well-established dental practice in Winston-Salem, NC that is seeking a Gen/Peds or Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team in a permanent role. • Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
• Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Dentist (General Dentist considered)

• Reason for Need: Growing patient base
• Current Staff: 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants, full office staff
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 8am–5pm
• Patients per Day: 2 per hour in operatory; 60+ per day in hygiene
• Procedures: General bread-and-butter dentistry
• Patient Age Range: Infants–20 years old
• Payor Mix: 80% Medicaid; PPO

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide high-quality pediatric and adolescent dental care
• Manage a busy patient schedule efficiently
• Perform comprehensive exams, restorative procedures, and routine care
• Oversee patient flow in coordination with hygienists and assistants
• Maintain compliant and accurate documentation
• Engage positively with children, teens, and families
• Follow all safety, compliance, and infection control standards

Additional Information

• Pediatric dentist preferred but not required
• Active North Carolina dental license required
• Open to new graduates
• Must enjoy working with children and young adults
• Ideal candidate is efficient, team-oriented, and comfortable with high volume

Compensation

• Competitive daily compensation or 30% ops + 10% hygiene (production)
• Earning Potential: $200K–$400K
