About the POSITION:
Pediatric Dentist or Pediatric-Focused General Dentist – Jacksonville, NC
An established, high-volume pediatric dental practice in Jacksonville, North Carolina is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or an experienced General Dentist whose clinical practice has been focused exclusively on pediatric patients. This is an urgent, full-time opening with an established patient base and strong new-patient demand.
The practice is dedicated to creating a comfortable, positive dental experience for children and families. The office has an experienced clinical and administrative team in place, allowing the incoming dentist to focus on patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time opportunity
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday on-call availability preferred, but not required
- Single-dentist office
- Supported by 4–5 Dental Assistants, 1 Hygienist, and an on-site Office Manager
- 1 operative column with an additional column under construction
- 3 hygiene columns
- Approximately 800 patient visits per month
- 200+ new patients per month in the Jacksonville location
- 30-minute new-patient and routine recall appointments
- Strong 95% collection rate
- Broad payer mix with all patients accepted

- Digital panoramic imaging on-site

About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Estimated Full-Time Annual Income: $300,000–$400,000
- W-2 employment
- Initial 1–2 year agreement
- Compensation based on the greater of a daily guarantee or percentage of collections
