A vibrant, high-volume dental practice in Smyrna is seeking a practitioner who thrives on working with children to fulfill an immediate, ongoing need. This flexible opportunity accommodates either a traditional locum tenens placement or a direct locum-to-permanent transition.

An exceptional support structure features three dental hygienists in a dedicated six-operatory hygiene building, alongside five assistants and four administrative staff in a separate eight-operatory doctor facility next door.

The Role:

• Location: Smyrna, DE 19977
• Schedule: Monday through Friday (No weekends)
• Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Patient Volume: Dynamic daily pacing of 45–65 pediatric patients per day across a dual-building campus
• Clinical Scope: Restorative care, fillings, crowns, extractions, and routine hygiene checks for a 100% pediatric patient mix; operatory layout accommodates left or right-handed dentists
• Tech Stack: EagleSoft charting software integrated with advanced AI Diagnostic Tools
• Preferred Skills: Exceptional efficiency in pediatric behavior management and high-volume restorative care
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage (Travel and lodging accommodations provided if personal production aligns with the daily production baseline of $5,000; Delaware dental license reimbursement available)
