Job Description
I partner with a group that has 3 separate practice locations searching for a permanent Pediatric Certified Dentist to join their growing team! The practice is adding doctors due to drastically a growing patient base and new office location opening in the near future. Position:
- Reason for Need: Growing patient volumes, opening new location
- Location: Tullahoma, TN
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 4-5 day work week (flexible)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Volume: High patient volume, Established patient-base
- Payors: Approximately 35% Medicaid
- Practice Details: Modern, fully digital practice
- Sedation dentistry and hospital/in-office general anesthesia
- Approximately 1–3 OR/general anesthesia cases per month
- Support Staff: Experienced RDHs, DAs, and clinical support staff
- Doctor-owned practice with no DSO/corporate structure
Compensation:
- Starting daily rate, based on experience
- Opportunity to transition to % of collections once ramped up
- $200K–$450K+ earning potential, with the highest earning potential available at this location
- Medical insurance stipend/assistance
- Scrubs and laundry provided
