An established, privately owned pediatric dental group in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team.
Founded in 2012, this successful three-location practice has built an outstanding reputation and strong referral network, welcoming 215–250 new patients monthly across its locations.
The incoming provider will work alongside the founding doctor at a beautiful, state-of-the-art Midtown Tulsa facility designed to feel like a children's museum! With experienced clinical staff, modern technology, and a dedicated off-site call center, the team stays focused on what matters most: exceptional patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- $180,000 TRUE Guaranteed Base — Not a Draw
- Production bonuses up to 40% of collections
- 96%+ reported collection rate
- 4-day workweek (Fridays required)
- Optional 5th day for additional income
- No weekends
- Minimal after-hours calls
Practice Highlights
- 30–50 patients daily
- Six experienced dental assistants
- Modern equipment and soft-tissue laser
- Approximately 4–6 hospital days monthly
- Comprehensive pediatric and special-needs dentistry

- Occasional South Tulsa coverage; no Stillwater travel
Ideal Candidate
An experienced Pediatric Dentist with 3–5+ years of experience preferred, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care to children, including those with special needs.
