Overview

Overall Opportunity: This is a strong opportunity for a General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist looking for a high-volume practice, established patient flow, multiple locations, and significant growth potential in the Central Texas market.

• Reason for Need: Growing practice with excellent growth potential; seeking additional provider support to accommodate patient volume and continued expansion
• Schedule: 3–5 days per week
• Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Patients per Day: 35–45
• Support Staff: Established support team in place
• Practice Make-up: 10 operatories
• EMR: Eaglesoft
• Procedures: Full-service practice with a strong focus on bread-and-butter dentistry, including:
  • Crowns
  • Extractions
  • Pulp therapy
  • Permanent SSCs
  • General restorative procedures
• Patient Volume: High-volume practice with 35–45 patients per day
• Payors: Medicaid required
• Experience Requirements: Open to qualified candidates; experience with the listed procedures preferred

Compensation

• General Dentist: 33% adjusted production to start
• Pediatric Dentist: 34% adjusted production to start
• Relocation bonus available
• $3,000 per year in CME available
• Lab fees are covered
