Qualifications

• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certifications: Board-eligible or board-certified pediatric dentist preferred. General dentists with pediatric experience will be considered, provided they are comfortable treating the full range of pediatric cases presented.
• Licensure: Active Virginia dental license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
• Skillset: Comprehensive pediatric care including exams, preventive care, diagnosis, radiograph interpretation, restorative treatment, treatment planning with families, and monitoring of growth and development, along with strong behavior management skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with children and parents.
• Experience: Experience managing a high-volume pediatric schedule of up to 50 patients per day.
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship may be considered.
