Practice details:
– Guaranteed daily rate plus production bonus – 300K+
– Solo provider
– 3 RDA per provider, 2 front office staff and 1 HYG
– 8 office chairs
– 50/50 adult to pediatric ratio – all aspects of general dentistry
– Benefits and Malpractice covered by employer
– This is a permanent position, Locums or Part-time is not needed
– Relocation and sign-on is negotiable
