Job Description
**Pay Rate: $1050/Day
David Ciske: Contract Dentist – John Day, OR – $1050/Day – Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice – Weekly Pay
– Travel and lodging – They will cover
– Dates needed – ASAP/ongoing
– Patients/day – 15-20
– Schedule – M-TR 8am – 6pm (4-day work week but would consider a 5 day one)
– Have at least one assistant working for you
– All digital
– CAN DO TEMPS – If you have OR license, DEA and clean NPDB
– Length of assignment – 3-6 months/ongoing
– Typically, one provider at each location
– Full scope, doing mostly hygiene, basic endo, etc. (nothing too crazy as they’ll refer them out for major cases)
– Cred time – 4 weeks
