Dentist need in KS
*willing to license
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Board Certification: Dentist
Dates needing coverage: 9/16- Ongoing
Schedule: Mon,Tues, Wed 8a-5p Tues 9a-8p and Thurs 10a-7p and Fri 8a-1p
State License: KS and *open to licensing*
Procedures: Bread and Butter, invisalign a plus. Need a provider who can convert hygiene patients and new patients
Patients per day: 15-20
Support: 3 DA’s 3 HYG
Credentialing: 4 weeks
Travel & Lodging: Yes
Weekly Pay | Malpractice Provided | Travel & Lodging Covered
