Job Description
If you are tired of corporate dentistry or tired of the low pay of FQHC or community health center settings this job is right for you. It boasts unmatched flexibility, strong compensation, and a well rounded scope of practice. New grads and experienced dentists alike are welcome.
Practice – Privately owned, but not by a big corporation. No volume quotas to worry about.
– You set your patients per day and how long each appointment will take.
– Brand new office and equipment.
– Existing patient volume to be busy quickly.
– Each dentist has 2 chairs, 2 assistants, and multiple hygienists in place.
– The scope of practice is determined by you. All case types available.
Financial:
– Salary $180,000 plus monthly production based on billings.
– Full health benefit coverage
– Employer gives 3% match in your 401K
– Sign on bonus of $10,000
– No lab fees.
– Profit sharing up to 8% without any buy in costs.
