About the GROUP:
We are a friendly, caring, gentle, and outgoing team that caters to cowards. We provide a spa-like environment that gives off a small practice feel even though we are a large practice. Our practice has been in the area for 70 years and holds multiple specialists under one roof.
About the PRACTICE:
Pediatric Dentist preferred
Taking over for a dentist that is retiring.
Very established practice
Will work with 3 General Dentists and 3 Hygienists
13 Operatories, so each dentist will always have 2 - 3
Hightech CAD CAM, Digital PAN, Lab, etc.
They can do implants if they want
They can do root canals, or at least start them
50/50 mix of private pay and insurance
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Dentists who have been there for a while make close to 300K
Salary is 35% of collections
98-99% collection rate!
