Fulltime General and Pediatric Dentist needed for Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. The clinician owned and managed organization has had a successful track record of 30 years with 10+ Multidisciplinary locations, and more on the way. This organization is committed to helping Dentist increase their dental capabilities, while earning a great income.

Position:
– Associate Dentist level, ability to be mentored and have growth potential
– 5-day work week, most dentist work Saturdays and take a different day off in return
– No production goals or metrics to adhere to, build your own patient panel the way you desire
– Daily guarantee given, continuing education credits available, and top of the line equipment and EMR available
– Patient volumes range from 10-40 a day depending on acuity, with ability to grow personal patient panel with new patients daily, and ability to be fully ramped within 6 months
– Ability to make $200,000 – $500,000 a year
