Pediatric Dentist Needed in Multiple Dallas and Fort Worth Suburbs – Fulltime Positions – Number One Children’s Provider in North Texas

Private group with over 30 years of a successful track record looking to add Pediatric Dentist to their team now. Group is ok with New Graduates and will mentor dentist on new procedures, efficiency, quality work sped up, and more. This multidisciplinary group comes with a 100% referral base of patients from day one, giving you the opportunity to ramp up very quickly. Pediatric Dentists within the group average $3,000 take home a day, though some doing over $5,000.

Position:
– Associate Pediatric Dentist level, ability for mentorship, contracted with daily guarantee or % of production (higher of two)
– 5-day work week, most Pediatric DDS work some Saturday and take a different day off during the work week
– No production goals or metrics to adhere to, build your own patient panel the way you desire
– Heavy Pediatric Medicaid population with increase dental disease and high reimbursements
– Daily guarantee given, continuing education credits available, and top of the line equipment and EMR available
– Patient volumes range from 10-25 a day depending on acuity, with ability to grow personal patient panel with new patients daily, and ability to be full ramped within 6 months
– Ability to make $250,000 – $600,000 a year
