Job Description

Fulltime General and Pediatric Dentist needed for Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. The clinician owned and managed organization has had a successful track record of 30 years with 10+ Multidisciplinary locations, and more on the way. Advance your career with this organization known for its customer service, positive clinical outcomes for patients, great clinical leadership, clinical mentorship, and clinician autonomy. This organization is committed to helping Dentist increase their dental capabilities, while earning a great income.

– Associate Dentist level, ability to be mentored and have growth potential
– 5-day work week, most dentist work Saturdays and take a different day off in return
– No production goals or metrics to adhere to, build your own patient panel the way you desire
– Daily guarantee given, continuing education credits available, and top of the line equipment and EMR available
– Patient volumes range from 10-40 a day depending on acuity, with ability to grow personal patient panel with new patients daily, and ability to be full ramped within 6 months
– Ability to make $200,000 – $500,000 a year
