Mon-Thur 8a-5p
-Peds Dentist or General w/Peds experience
-Must have active Medicaid #
-ASAP, ongoing- Minimum of 90 days
-Patient Ages: 1-21
-Fluoride, Sealants, Prophy’s, Fillings, Extractions
-Nitrous Certification required
-3 Hygienists, 2 Ops (Nitrous Certified), Front Office Staff
-EMR: OpenDental
-Mileage and lodging covered
Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit, Medical Malpractice Coverage
