A thriving private periodontal practice in Wichita, KS, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Periodontist to join its high-volume team. This opportunity provides immediate access to a loyal patient base and a robust referral network resulting from a provider relocation.

- Fully fee-for-service model with 100+ new patients/month

- Experienced support team: 5 hygienists, surgical assistants, and a treatment coordinator
Compensation & Benefits:
- $145,000 guaranteed base + 32% of adjusted production
- Health insurance, 401(k) with match, CE allowance, and lab fees covered
- 4-day workweek: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD + Periodontics Residency
- Active Kansas Dental License (or ability to obtain)
