• Payer Mix: 50% PPO / 50% FFS

• Flexible schedule: 1–2 days per month

• 6 doctor operatories / 6 hygiene operatories

Ideal Candidate:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program

• Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency

• Active Connecticut dental license in good standing

• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred

• Proficiency in all aspects of periodontics, including implants, grafting, and non-surgical therapies

• Compassionate chairside manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A team player with a growth mindset and a desire to continue learning

• Willing to participate in-network with insurance providers, as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual earning potential: $100,000 – $180,000, based on production

• Strong minimum daily guarantee plus a competitive percentage of collections
