Periodontist — Employer-Based Office | Albany, NY Metro

Join a well-established, referral-rich, multi-specialty group (GP/Hygiene/Endo/Perio). Modern ops, strong clinical support, and plenty of autonomy. (Target start: Jan 2026—flexible.)

What You’ll Do

New-patient consults, treatment planning, and post-op care
Perio surgery (crown lengthening, osseous/mucogingival), soft-tissue grafting, GBR/sinus augmentation
Implant placement (immediate/delayed) and peri-implantitis management as preferred
Collaborate closely with GPs, hygienists, and surgical assistants

Schedule & Setting

Part-time: 2–3 days/week (you set visit lengths/templates)
Adult patient base | 3 operatories
Tech: Denticon EMR, iTero, digital radiography, guided surgery support; nitrous available; CBCT pending

Qualifications

DDS/DMD + Periodontics certificate
NY license (or eligibility), DEA, BLS; sedation permit a plus
Clear communicator; team-oriented. Experience preferred—strong new grads welcome

Compensation & Perks

% of gross production + daily guarantee $1,200–$1,500 for first 90–180 days
Malpractice provided; sign-on up to $10,000
No lab fees; mentorship/clinical leadership support
