Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license (and DEA registration if applicable)
• Completion of GPR or AEGD preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in periodontics, including procedures such as implants, periodontal therapy, and extractions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $160,000 – $225,000 annually (prorated for part-time)
