Job Summary: Our private periodontic practice is seeking an experienced and skilled periodontist to join our team in beautiful Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in periodontics and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. We offer a highly competitive salary package, with the potential to earn up to $400,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive periodontal care to patients, including treatment of periodontal disease, gum grafting, and implant dentistry
• Build strong relationships with patients and their referring dentists, ensuring excellent communication and coordination of care
• Collaborate with our experienced dental team, including dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff, to provide seamless and efficient patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in periodontal care, including new technologies, techniques, and materials
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and disease prevention, promoting overall health and wellbeing

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Board certification in periodontics
• At least 5 years of experience in periodontics
• Current Oregon dental license and DEA registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong patient relationships
• A commitment to continuing education and professional development
