Periodontist Position / High Fees / Full or Part-Time / Mentorship
20 + year established practice that is currently booked out for 11 weeks. The incoming Periodontist will be profitable on your very first day at work. It can be 1099 or W2 if full-time. Work alongside an outstanding doctor, available for mentorship as needed.

Practice Schedule:
- M-F 8:30-5.
- 4-day work week minimum
- 8-10 dental patients per day (non-hygiene).
- Currently booked out 11 weeks.
Practice Details:
- seven operatories total.
- Practice has 3800 active patients.
- 3 Periodontists and one prosthodontist.
- Digital impressions, 3D printer, CBCT, laser for hard and soft tissue cases.
- three surgery per day plus new consults, follow-ups, and some hygiene checks (8-14 total).
Financials:
- Can be 1099 or W2 if full-time.
- Realistic first year is $500k.
- Higher fee schedule.
- 40% of collections.
- Practice is collecting $2.7M per year total.
