Responsibilities

• Work under the general direction of the Clinic Manager - Administration
• Warmly welcome patients and put them at ease
• Check in and verify patient information using our electronic scheduling system.
• Work with the clinical staff to schedule patients and ensure that the center’s workflow efficiently runs

Requirements

• Self-starter mentality with a relentless focus on best-in-class patient care
• Personality and demeanor to provide exemplary patient service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a dental setting
