Position:

· Support Staff: DA, EFDA, 1 and ¾ Hygienist

· 4 chairs total

· Schedule: Monday – Friday (Wed Off)

· Hours: 7:45 morning huddle, Patients 8 am – 5 pm, 1 hour lunch

· Full Range of Dental Treatment including Implants, Complex Endo, Perio, and more (Based on preference)

· Technology: CT Scanner, DEXA, CAD/CAM, Glidewell Mill, iTero, Neoplat, Gold GT

· 6-15 patients per day (Based on preference)

· Primarily Adults

· PPO/FFS Only

Offering:

· Daily guarantee, 30% of collections

· $250-300k earning potential
