Job Description

Looking for a career where you can make a positive impact on a child's life? We are now looking for a Treatment Coordinator, where you will be able to be part of our supportive family in Bee Cave!

Our practices can be described as fun-filled, fast-paced, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for one another as well as our patients!

Typical Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-1pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a very high level of customer service and patient care.
  • Greet patients and set up appointments
  • Call patients for appointment reminders and broken appointments
  • Process payments; Cash, Credit & Care Credit
  • Assist with open and close of the office

Qualifications

  • 1+ Year of Dental Experience
