Whom: Practice Coordinator
When: As soon as possible
Where: (This is not a remote position)
-Sarasota, FL (1 hour SW of Tampa)
-Sebring, FL ( About 1 hour and 45 minutes NE Fort Myers)
-Venice, FL (About 30 minutes South of Sarasota)
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/ hour
Summary of Responsibilities: The Practice Coordinator is responsible for scheduling production, treatment planning and treatment acceptance, confirmation short call list and filling cancelations with production. The practice coordinator will work closely with the Practice Administrator and ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the practice.
Essential Duties:
-Conform and create template of production goals and relate it to the doctors schedule and keep the doctor informed with the scheduling
-Set goals on a daily basis, schedule breakdowns due to cancelations, no-shows or re-schedules should be rectified same day to stay on goal
-Must establish new patients and emergencies to fill any gaps in schedule
-Able to take treatment plan, break it down by the needs of the doctor from highest to lowest priority
-Able to build rapport with patients, consult with patients and offer the best treatment options available and confirm payment method.
-Create and keep a short call list of production procedures and be prepared to call patients that can be scheduled on short notice in order to fill any gaps in the schedule
-Ability to fill any cancelations that are production with productive cases to ensure production goal is met daily
-Able to maintain confidentiality and perform all other duties as assigned by the PA
