Job Description
A clinic in Arizona is looking for a dentist who can provide coverage on a three-month locum tenens assignment. This position will have the locum seeing around 45% pediatric patients (aged 3+) for hygiene checks, restorative procedures, dentures, crowns, extractions, root canals, and other general dentistry procedures. Complex extractions aren't expected, however applicants for this position should be comfortable performing simple extractions. Patient volume on this assignment will be between 12 - 15 patients per day; on days where procedures are performed this number will be closer to 8 patients per day. This is a full-time position where the locum will work 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Dentrix is the EMR platform used at this facility.
