Company History
As DocStar grew, so did its reach and capabilities. What started as a focused staffing operation quickly expanded into a multi-state organization supporting providers and facilities across a wide range of specialties. With continued growth and demand, NurseStar Medical Partners was established as a sister company to further support nursing, allied health, and additional service lines.
Over the years, the organization has expanded to three physical office locations in Florida, Texas, and Arizona, grown to a team of 50+ internal employees, and built robust internal departments, including recruiting, account management, credentialing, licensing, compliance, payroll, and operations. These teams work collaboratively to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and long-term success for both providers and clients.
Today, DocStar and NurseStar Medical Partners support healthcare facilities across more than 37 states, working with thousands of providers nationwide. The company continues to grow with intention, maintaining a culture that values accountability, teamwork, and a work-hard, play-hard mentality, while staying committed to delivering high-quality staffing solutions and exceptional internal support.
