Multiple Locations | Full-Time | 4 Days/Week | New Grads Welcome

Are you a Dental Hygienist who loves building relationships with patients and making a real impact through preventive and periodontal care? First Choice is looking for compassionate, motivated Dental Hygienists to join their growing teams at three Madison-area locations.

This is a great opportunity for both experienced hygienists and new graduates looking for strong mentorship and a supportive environment where they can grow their skills.

📍 3 Madison Locations Hiring

🦷 THE ROLE

• General dentistry with a strong emphasis on periodontal and preventive care
• Approximately 7 patients per day
• Primarily adult patients, with approximately 5% pediatric patients
• 1 Dentist: 2 Hygienist staffing model
• Hygienist assistants available to support the hygiene team
• Each hygienist is provided with their own instruments
• Instrument sharpening is handled through First Choice's sharpening program — hygienists are not required to sharpen their own instruments
• Excellent mentorship and ongoing professional development
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

PROCEDURES & SERVICES

You'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including:

• Routine dental cleanings and prophylaxis
• Periodontal therapy
• Scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Full-mouth debridement
• Periodontal maintenance
• Dental X-rays
• Fluoride treatments
• Sealants
• SDF
• Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Other preventive and periodontal services

🗓️SCHEDULE

4 days per week

Typical hours include:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Flexible scheduling available when possible to accommodate individual needs.

Want to work a 5th day? Option to pick up available open shifts. Pick up a full-day shift or a half-day shift and receive either:
