(Archived) HYGIENIST NEEDED!

Synergy Specialists the nations largest network of travelling dental specialists is looking for a group of Hygienists to come join on a unique new mentorship program which start on a 6 hour training provided by our own Periodontist Consultant. We then will help staff you with our existing practices, or new ones we attract all the time inquiring about us developing a Hygiene-Perio related In-House type of specialty program. Our typical Practice is a solo practitioner who does between 1 - 1.2M in annual production, primary PPO or cash only accepted, with an appetite to develop Hygiene through Synergy. While the majority of the practices are new to Hygiene, you will be able to benefit by being introduced to a number of Practices that have a more immediate transitional need.

All while maintaining the Independence you deserve while earning more than most other "DSO's" or practices can pay you currently. You choose your own Per Diem + bonus on collection with the practice. Synergy acts as match maker and a trainer while marketing to Practice our program of staffing highly trained hygienists.
