Due to our expansion, we are adding the new position of Practice Integration Manager to support the transition of acquired affiliate practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as an ambassador for the organization to welcome, integrate, develop, and retain key talent in new affiliate practices
  • Audit new partnership offices and team members after initial onboarding to assess retention and identify additional training required
  • Develop effective integration processes, training programs, and materials
  • Serve as trusted resource for new affiliation teams as they work through the challenges and stress of an integration
  • Ensure that the practice is compliant with all employment, OSHA, and HIPAA laws and any regulatory requirements as appropriate
  • Continually build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctor(s); set up recurring doctor meetings to maintain company communications and allow doctor(s) to address any concerns; anticipate/facilitate doctor needs
  • Ensure that new or promoted staff members are trained timely and are knowledgeable on current processes, policies and the completion of forms
  • Partner with the Director and Human Resources to develop corrective action/performance improvement plans for staff to ensure behaviors, job expectations and performance standards are met and exceeded. Consult with the Director and Human Resources prior to delivering any plans or corrective action documents to employees
  • Follow the proper protocols for communication of ideas, questions, concerns or issues
  • Review, interpret, develop, and deliver reports and practice financials as needed
  • Transition a compliant and performing office to the Director of Market Operations (DMO) after executing the initial integration
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 5 years management experience with direct patient contact in the Dental Industry , multi-unit experience would be an advantage but not necessary
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and work closely will various levels of the organization
  • Experience must demonstrate an attention to detail as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to review, interpret, develop, ad deliver reports as needed
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service with patients as the #1 priority
  • Hands-on, supportive leadership style with the focus on developing others
  • Experience training new and existing employees
  • Extensive travel with up to 60-70% overnight based on the logistics of acquisitions
