- New Iberia, LA: Aug 28- Sept 29
- LaPlace, LA: Sept 7, Oct 19
- Monroe, LA: Sept 8, Sept 22, Sept 25-26, Sept 29
- General Dentistry Setting
- $110/HR plus OT for days over 8 hours
- Malpractice, Travel Provided
