Job Description
- Location: Fort Yates, ND/McLaughlin, SD (wherever coverage is needed at the time credentialing is complete)
- Dates coverage is needed: asap – 3 months with option to extend (flexible on length)
- Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday – Friday, 8:00a – 4:30p
- Call Requirements: None
- % inpatient / % outpatient: Outpatient only
- Patient Volume: 6-8 patients per day average
- Patient Ages: all ages, majority adults
- Types of Cases: General Dentist, no major procedures required, only procedures Dentist is comfortable with, minor extractions required
- Support Staff: yes – (2 Dental Assist., searching for Dental Hygienist)
- Procedures Required: None
- Type of Charting: EMR - Dentrix
- Requirements: BLS (through American Heart), DEA (fee paid, schedules 2-5)
- Reason for Need: staff shortage
- Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks on average
- Additional Info: *** any State License ***
- Must be able to provide work history with contacts for each assignment to do work verifications
- Must be able to provide 3 professional references from within the last year
- Rate Recommendation: $115/hour plus travel and lodging or hourly travel stipend
