Compensation & Benefits
- Housing Allowance: $1,000/month for the first year
- Example: A current dentist rents a nearby brownstone for $1,050/month (after bills), nearly covered by the allowance.
- Health Insurance:
- PPO with Blue Cross Blue Shield
- 100% of premium covered for full-time employees
- $5,000 deductible, offset by a $5,900 Visa card to cover deductible expenses each year
- Paid Holidays: 12 Federal Holidays
- PTO:
- Year 1: 6 days
- Year 2: 16 days
- Year 3+: 26 days annually
