General Dentist Opportunity – Uvalde, TX

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking 2 full time General Dentists and 2 part time General Dentists to join a well-established dental practice in Uvalde, TX. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive environment — with generous benefits and housing assistance to help you settle in comfortably.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5 for full time (Part time must be experienced dentist comfortable with all endo (molar included, NO cert, oral concious sedation and comfortable with must extractions)

You will rotate between two clinics within Uvalde, starting at an office with another provider where you will train and be mentored. Once all parties are comfortable, you will move to a second location where you will be the solo practitioner.

Compensation & Benefits

• Housing Allowance: $1,000/month for the first year
• Example: A current dentist rents a nearby brownstone for $1,050/month (after bills), nearly covered by the allowance.
• Health Insurance:
  • PPO with Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • 100% of premium covered for full-time employees
  • $5,000 deductible, offset by a $5,900 Visa card to cover deductible expenses each year
• Paid Holidays: 12 Federal Holidays
• PTO:
  • Year 1: 6 days
  • Year 2: 16 days
  • Year 3+: 26 days annually
• 401K with a flat contribution of 3% of gross income
• Loan forgiveness - if they qualify, based on the govt situation

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Dentist in the state of Texas
• Committed to providing exceptional patient care
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Looking for someone comfortable with at least basic extractions, dentures and partials. Would love someone who is willing to see peds as well.
• For PT role they want someone who can work M/F ideally (at least 2 weeks per month and do all endo, complex extractions who has NO cert and oral concious sedation)
