Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist
(Comfortable with Pediatrics) – Bonney Lake, WA
We’re hiring a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist who enjoys working with children to provide
6-month maternity coverage at a well-established pediatric practice in Bonney Lake, WA located about 35 minutes southeast of Tacoma.
This position offers a consistent 3-day workweek, supportive staff, and a rewarding opportunity to care for young patients in a
positive and organized environment.

About the Role
You’ll step into a busy pediatric practice with steady patient flow and a highly organized team.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, provides gentle and effective care, and can
confidently manage sedation and general anesthesia cases.
What You’ll Do
⁃ Provide pediatric dental care to patients under 18
⁃ Perform exams, restorative care, and oral sedation
⁃ Participate in anesthesia cases (Fridays)
⁃ Maintain detailed and compliant patient records
⁃ Collaborate with an office manager and four experienced dental assistants
What You’ll Bring
⁃ DDS/DMD and Washington state dental license
⁃ Comfort treating children and managing pediatric cases
⁃ Experience or comfort with sedation and general anesthesia
⁃ Strong communication skills and a calm, caring demeanor
Compensation
$130 per hour based on experience. Locum coverage dates: February–July 2026 (6 months, 3
days/week).
Location
This role is based in Bonney Lake, WA 98391, a family-friendly community near Lake Tapps —
just 35 minutes from Tacoma and about an hour from Seattle.
