Start Date: August 10, 2026
Length of Assignment: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7A–6P (solo provider)
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Patient Volume: 10–12 procedures per day; 16–20 total patients daily
Procedures: General dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and endodontic/root canal procedures. Complex cases and advanced extractions are referred out. Treats patients ages 5+ (approximately 60% pediatric, 40% adult).

Licence Needed: Oregon
Certifications: DDS or DMD, DEA, BLS
Details:
Comprehensive general dentistry opportunity serving both pediatric and adult patients in a community Health Center. This is a solo provider role supported by a dedicated team of 3–4 dental assistants and one hygienist, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Medicaid enrollment is preferred but not required for consideration.
